Once your return is received, we arrange the refund sum to your original payment method on the same day. We will notify you in an email in the event of rejection.
Please note that the standard banking procedure for the sum to be automatically applied to your original payment method takes certain days.

Discounted products
Our products are considered hygienic products, and we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened or used items to be returned. As much as we don’t want to leave clients unsatisfied, we stick to this regulation when in a promotional period.

Products bought at a discounted price are valid for a FULL REFUND within 30 days if the product has NOT been used and is still in the same original packaging and in cases such as:

▸ receiving the wrong product(s)
▸ failing to deliver within the promised dates
▸ changing your mind about the purchase

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
